We will work to shield your identity while still exposing problems that affect Lynchburg taxpayers and the well-being of the community. Once we have independently verified all claims we will publish all discovered facts and documents about the issue at hand.
We particularly are interested in hearing from:
- Public School Employees & Teachers
- Public Safety Employees

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you access this website and submit the form from your personal device and on your own personal wifi or cellular network. How We Protect You:
- First and foremost we do not require your name, email, or other personally identifiable information. In fact, we would rather not have it. If we don’t know who you are, we can’t answer when we are asked.
- Our website is encrypted with industry-standard 256 bit SSL encryption. This protects your data as it is transferred through the cloud so that it can not be intercepted.
- We do not keep visitor logs on our website. While we do have an “anomalized analytics tool” (visitor counter) we do NOT use tracking cookies or log IPs that could be used to reverse engineer who you are.
- You are in control of what we share.
- We ask that you do NOT share personally privileged information with us that would violate any laws. This includes information that would fall under FERPA and HIPAA regulations. WE WILL NOT publish this type of content and if it is received we will delete it off our servers.
- We verify all documents independently. This means that while we request you provide “source documents” for us to start an investigation. We will not use/publish these. Instead, we will write our own FOIA request, or collect evidence through other legal means. This layer of protection both allows us to verify your claim but also allows us to be the source of any material published.
